The Register of Ohio is published by the Ohio Legislative Service Commission under the Register of Ohio Act, Ohio Revised Code sections 103.051 et. seq. (the "Act"). As required by the Act, the Register displays the rule-making and rule-related documents of government agencies. The Register, therefore, is the official public notice of rules filed by agencies pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Revised Code.

Rules listed below are rules recently amended, rescinded or proposed by the Ohio Department of Insurance and not yet available on the Register or updated in the law publishing companies that reproduce the Ohio Administrative Code.
